Non-Perishable 2 Week Meal Plan Ideas

March 17, 2020 by Hope

With everything going in the world with the Coronavirus and natural disaster with storms it is vital to have an emergency plan in place. One of those plans should be a non-perishable meal plan or food list to know what items are needed to have in your grocery stockpile.

I created a 2-week meal plan and snack ideas that you can plan to stock up for yourself or your family and have them on hand if anything should arise.

This list will also give you some hope that non-perishable foods or meals are not doom and gloom. The food choices can be tasty!

Be sure to grab a good non-salt seasoning like: black pepper, onion and garlic powder, Badia complete seasoning or Mrs. Dash to give it more flavor.

MEAL IDEAS & SNACKS

Tuna Fish Sandwiches with Corn, String Beans or Beans

Grits with Bacon bits or pieces

Instant Oatmeal with fruit bowl (ex. Pineapple)

Peanut Butter Sandwiches with fruit bowl

Veggie Plate: Green beans, Boil Potatoes and Spinach (canned or may be frozen)

Macaroni and Cheese and Canned Spam

Chicken Salad (can chicken) with Pinto Beans

Chicken Noodle Soup with crackers
