College Dorm Medicine and First Aid Kit
Creating a college dorm medicine and first aid kit is super simple! Just a quick trip to your local Target, WalMart, Drugstore or even your nearest Dollar Tree will have your college student prepared with their own personal medical and first aid emergency kit.
As a newbie parent with a college freshman leaving in just a few days, I thought that the wonderful idea from my YouTube Mommy friends, that creating a college dorm medicine and first aid kit was a brilliant idea. I wanted him to have his asthma inhaler and nebulizer just in case of an emergency. Of course pain reliever for a headache or slight fever. But I didn’t think about an entire medicine and first aid kit of his own to have on hand.

Eye drop (get the red out), Artifical tears, Allergy med. (non-drowsy), Nasal relief spray and earplugs
Pain Med., Chest Rub (Vicks Vapor Rub), Cold Med., Cough Drops, Throat drops, Thermometer
Hot or Cold Compress and Pain Relief Cream
Tissues and Hand Sanitizer
Bandaids (different sizes), gauze, hydrogen peroxide, disposable gloves, alcohol pads, first aid ointment, hydrocortisone, Isopropyl alcohol
