Easy Chicken Quesadillas Recipe

One evening I had all the ingredients to make some sort of taco dish for the family and I. Although I did not want to make the same old tacos we normally have, which the family loves. They would certainly have them every single day! I wanted to incorporate chicken into a Mexican cuisine that night, once prepared the easy chicken quesadillas recipe became a family favorite.

Especially for my oldest son, he loves them! He requests them for his birthday, a special occasion or anytime he can get a chance. For his graduation coming up, we are going to have them as one of the food options.

Ingredients:

5-7 chicken breasts
Soft Tortillas
Salsa
Sour cream
Shredded Mexican Cheese
2 packets of Taco Seasoning (reduced sodium) (Chicken quesadilla is oh so yummy, we discovered it a couple weeks ago by McCormick at WalMart)
Cooking spray (or butter)
To season chicken: Onion powder, Garlic powder, black pepper

Serve with: Corn on the cob and Spanish or Mexican rice
